Privacy Policy

What we store

Every URL you save, plus its extracted page metadata (title, description, cover image), any notes or tags you add, the AI-generated summary and tags, and your account email. We also keep a Stripe customer reference if you upgrade to a paid plan.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data — to anyone, ever.
• We don't train AI models on your bookmarks or notes.
• We don't run third-party ad tracking on the app.

Anthropic AI processing

Page content sent to the Anthropic Claude API to generate summaries and tags is processed under Anthropic's enterprise zero-training terms. Anthropic does not use your data to improve their models and does not retain prompt content beyond what's required to serve the request.

Stripe payments

Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy and PCI compliance apply to payment data; we store only the Stripe customer ID needed to manage your subscription.

Cookies

We set a single HTTP-only session cookie for authentication. No tracking, marketing, or third-party cookies.

Export & delete

To request a copy of your data (URLs, notes, tags, AI summaries) or to delete your account, email privacy@lynklibrary.com from the address on the account. We respond within a few business days. Deletions are processed irreversibly; encrypted backups are retained for up to 30 days for mistake-recovery and then permanently purged. Self-service export and delete in Settings are on the roadmap.
